There's This Thing Called Beauty

What beauty is to you, isn't what it is to me.
They say beauty is your skin, pale and fair.
They say beauty is in your eyes, they tell all.
They say beauty is your mind, strong and smart.
They say beauty is your body, curvy or small.
But beauty is your mind, however it may be.
Beauty is your skin, that you love whatever color it may be.
Beauty is your eyes, however they may be.
Beauty is your soul, doesn't matter how small or curvy.
Because beauty to me, is what you are right now.
The sweetness that grows inside,
the smiles that appear on your lips.
The words that leave your mouth,
your eyes, your accents.
Beauty is you in whole, not just bits and pieces.
Not one person is the defintion of beauty.
Because beauty comes in all shapes, sizes and colors.
Beauty is everything you are, everything I am.
