these four walls

to these four walls,

i am at a loss for words

i am embarassed at all you have seen

you have seen all i have to give

where i confined myself from sunlight

and spent endless nights allowing myself to be engulfed

by the crashing waves of my tears and thoughts

you have been covered by the recklessness of my past and stayed quiet

you have not said a word but you have kept a million

for when everything is lost, you will always be there

i find serenity in your unexciting colors and blank stares

im sorry for i have nailed you countless times

yet, i assure you

we are forever intertwined in this everlasting pain together

you have kept my secrets, and i will keep yours
