These Teardrops Fall Like Raindrops
somebody once asked me
when was the last time I cried
but before I could reply
a single tear
dropped from an eye
I begin to cry
oh my
here we go again
these teardrops
fall like raindrops
but they can't
make the pain stop
they'll only make
my brain pop
i'm constantly fighting my tears
and they always win
i'm constantly fighting my fears
i wish i was made of tin
I lost my father when I was ten
I lost my little cousin
and he was only ten
here we go again
i'm constantly fighting my tears
and they always win
i'm constantly fighting my fears
i wish i was made of tin
and just then
i'll be strong enough
to not cry as much
to catch these tears
before they fall
to match my fears
through it all
these teardrops
fall like raindrops
but they can't
make the pain stop
they'll only make
my brain pop
i cry for all of our missed memories
i miss having you here with me -
i mean us
but trust
and believe
no one could have ever imagined the day
that you would have to leave
i used to cry because i would never see you in the physical
but i guess this life wasn't meant for you
i cried three days straight
i didn't know what to do
i cry teardrops and just imagine
that those heavy raindrops
are sent from you
somebody once asked me
when was the last time I cried
but before I could reply
a single tear
dropped from an eye
I begin to cry
oh my
here we go again
