They Are Coming

(poems go here) They're coming. They're coming. Run. They're coming. They're coming. Hide. They're coming. They're coming. Scream. They're coming. They're coming. Die! They're COMING! Run, Hide, Scream, but still die! Help us Helps us Please Help us Helps us Please No help is coming And so we decease We Die in the morning We die in the night The horrors a coming With big guns of fright The troops strorm us as we push on to fight But were helpless and helpless and so we must die We scream for help bu it is not coming Help left us long ago and so we must die They said we were boring too peaceful and boring In seek of adventure Our fighters went roaring Went roaring a way chanting away In search of a land fit if they may with action and adventure and empires to conquer so our civilians unprotected die in horror They're monsters bloody black monsters without souls without eyes Bare yet filled with hatred for us So we die and die as we scream and hide But they find us Still they find us How can this be That they can find me When I am buried under pain buried under sorrow with racks and racks of screams to distract them from my shadow My sneaky shadow of me running from them into the night my only companion is fright And as I use the moonlight as my Guide I remember all that I leave behind I refuse I refuse for this to be our demise We were great We were strong We are old We are wise We cannot die this way I refuse I REFUSE We are innocent we are peaceful we make nothing but peace And now look Look where were at On the verge of extinction As one by one we decease They come into the night and kill the women The children hold on to their mothers while waiting to be slain they look upon helpless fathers Also stolen by death And they pray They pray in their breath They pray in their minds They pray in their sleep They pray in the cries They believe only the gods can help them now In this time of peril who will help them now But my child help will not come It has long forgotten and abandon us Maybe not for some but definetly for us The ghouls are thirsty and merciless Mercilessly they try to quench their thirst With our blood they wine and with our bodies they dine They feast for a good days worth of work done No drop is wasted as my people are tasted. With the bones the pick their teeth to remove the flesh stuck in them. They laugh among themselves as if all is well All is well In their minds They have long forgotten of our demise They boast about kills Among them they share thrills Not one remebers the souls the consume To remorse they are immune And as they about finish their meal And prepare to leave They dont see me watching And I am relieved. As I back away into the night They all see me shining under the moonlight And now! They're coming They're coming I run They're coming They're coming I hide They're coming They're coming I scream They're coming They're coming I die Like my family Like my friends Like my children Like my People I DIE!
