They dont care about your potential, all they care about,

is that grade , those test scores, if you show up on time

and if that paper is turned in by the deadline.

They dont care if you have all the potential in the world.

They dont give a fuck about how good you are, they dont care to ask how are 

you doing because, in their eyes if you arent dotting them I'S and crossing those T's you dont have what it takes to be...

because, that grade point average isnt up you arent shit but that 2.0 to that 2.5

and they think you wont make it. They dont care about your potential all they want to do is sit and lecture about irrelevant things but,

fill your paper with red ink when it comes to pouring your heart out and taking a stance to the things that are relevent.
