They had the world
There once was a boy and a girl they ruled the world
They knew the other so well
The girl was uptight while the boy was funny who loves to tell
They had a bond that they could not break
But words spilled that they could not retake
The boy went up while the girl went down
A gossip all through town
The girl drowned in tears
The boy ignored her heart all to the end of his years
There once was a boy and a girl
They once had the world
Their love was so well
But the world got them to fell
They had the world
