To take to their waters,
Their minds they leave too veiled.
They seek to be caged in their own tales.

To fear for their daughters,
And yet they pushed them free.
Lives left to life’s great sea.

To fight to be brighter,
Seek to drift into regale.
The lives that were past lived may leave with one exhale.

To fight to be free,
And yet may ne’r be.

A world trapped in lies…
From its Utopian eyes.
