They Think


They think I don't notice the way they stare at my dark clothes and bazaar hair.

They think I don't notice what they say as they stare everyday

They think I'm oblivious to how they treat me. Ostracizing and ignoring me completely.

They think they can hurt me with words filled with animosity.

Yet they do not peak my curiosity.

Their words cannot hurt me.

For I am immune 

They all dance to the same beat.

I never liked that tune.
