They'll always lead Welcome sir to our company You'll be our new C.E.O We love your experience and personality Such good connections you'll create. He's a great man We've worked before Comforting, cool and encouraging Do what's right That's his genuine motto. But who amongst us is tired? Today I'll speak out Why do you recruit based on age? Old is gold I am made to understand But remember age also is just a number. Why do you always leave the youths? Where do you expect them to go? You operate on your businesses purposefuly Forgetting they're our country's workforce. When will youths get the chance How will they enjoy their lives Until a day shall come For them to come party and dance In those big clubs you take your wives. Give them the chance they'll prove it Anything, won't fail to accomplish If you accept, it'll be delivered Failure to, we'll be there by force And won't leave by any chance.
