The Thing I Can't Live Without

A Leather Bracelet

On my wrist

A symbol of the past

Of a grandmother lost

The last thing I have

Shows the pain of the past

But also the memories

I couldn't live without

A leather bracelet

Once belonged to my grandfather

In Korea

A memento lost

I never knew him

My grandmother now gone

The only thing I have left

The Thing I can't live without
