Things to be Thankful For

My love,

eyes as clear and blue as ice

heart made of solid gold

both risky and wise raised soul

My sister,

strong and independent as can be

much too old for her young age

no distance could break the bond between you and me

My friends,

people I call family more so

blood being thicker than water doesn't apply

keeping life fun and light

Me.

independence is all I have

no shoulders to cry on, I can cry by myself

working hard day in day out

I am so grateful for the.
