The Things I Hate About High School
I Hate the fact that my teacher's only give me 5 minutes to go to the bathroom when it obviously takes me 6 minutes,
I Hate when I have to interrupt everyone by sharpening my pencil minutes before the test and it just doesn't seem to be working,
I Hate that my school wastes money on "healthy" food and charges students 4 dollars for a processed chicken sandwich,
I Hate the fact that my school couldn't provide everyone with textbooks yet could provide a few million dollars to develop a new football field while those making the decisions are supposed to model good decision making,
I Hate the fact that people at school call me a freak, cause I think, act, and look differently than everyone else but I thought being unique was something treasure,
I Hate the fact that it takes 3 weeks for my teacher to grade an assignment that took me 15 seconds to do as I frantically scribbled down answers right before it was due,
I Hate the fact that my school looks like a prison and it makes me feel like I'm in one,
I Hate the fact that people teach me what to think and not how to think,
I Hate the fact that people give me dirty looks when I wear my Sex Pistols shirt as if it was unaccaptable, like the thing that made us has now turned into something that makes us uncomfortable,
I Hate when teacher's say I excuse you, not the bell,
I Hate the fact that people look surprised when I tell them I didn't hear the new Chris Brown song, as if I would listen so someone who beats women,
I Hate that teacher's forget what's on my test,
I Hate that we are called individuals with unique mindsets, yet we are given standardized tests,
I Hate that people think they have a wide variety of friends and are socially diverse when they hang out with the same people everyday,
I Hate when people think they're cool just because they drink coffee,
I Hate finals week,
I Hate 2-3-4-20 faced people,
I Hate Sunday nights,
But I love that I only have one more month.
