1. Things seemed different,

My interests started to lead elsewhere;

No longer did I want to play “Potions” in the yard with my siblings.

Things seemed different,

My interests started to lead elsewhere;

I started to want to do other things like learning how to drive.

School didn’t seem like a chore suddenly.

Things seemed different,

My interests started to lead elsewhere;

But was it sudden? No.

Realization is what’s sudden.

Change from a child to a young adult is growth,

Realizing the change comes later.
