Think

I never try to think.

for I hate what I will find.

All of the self loathing,

self hatred and worthlessness.

I never think as I pick up that blade.

Or when the blood runs off my arms,

Or when I go to take the pills.

I never try to think about the words.

Words that pierce my sould,

and break my bones.

The only time I think,

is when I sleep.

And my walls are down,

for I can finally break.
