Think then eat

When consuming food what do you think?

Do you eat more vegetables or do you eat more meat?

What are your thoughts about sugar and wheat?

What abouts oils that you use to fry?

Being a vegan they say "oh your that type"

That type of what? someone who cares?

Just because I believe we do not have teeth like bears?

Instincts like a wolf, a dog, or a cat?

I am sorry I do not think like that.

Balance is key for everything in this life

Just think about it next time you pick up that steak knife.
