Thinking about you
I thought about you,
All weekend long.
I want to stop thinking
About you all of the time.
It is driving me to distraction.
It is so hard,
To work with you all week long,
Even though we are 900 miles apart.
I send you cute memes,
Almost every day.
I send you little articles,
That I think that you would like.
You always respond with laughter,
And thought put into the articles that I send you,
When you comment on them.
I think that you are amazing,
And sexy, and cute.
I know that you would think,
That I was crazy if I told you how I felt.
You wouldn’t be able to believe,
That I could fall for you.
I know that you,
Have already fallen for me too.
I can hear it in your voice,
And read it in your texts,
All of the things left unsaid.
Now I need you to get out,
And not linger in my thoughts, in my dreams.
What I am thinking is not right,
And I know it.
But how do I make it happen?
When I still can’t get you out of my head.
