Thinking Of You

Thinking of you

Makes me black and blue

When I know you're not thinking of me

But you're white and gold

A prize far too old

For a well trained right eye not to see

And so you go looking

While fishers are hooking

Their beautiful catch of the day

Am I naive

To think you can't be

A fisher yourself who is cooking

Are you a catch

Or did you just latch

On to my poor old fishing reel

You are the best thing

To ever come sing

Me to a blissful nights sleep

But while I snooze away

Do you go and play

With all the other fish in the pond

Or will you remain

Faithful and fine

And always remember you're mine
