Those Days

Do you remember those days

Filled with playing with mom’s makeup

And making pancakes without using a measuring cup

Do you remember those days

When we made pillow forts

And pretended to be students at Hogwarts

Even though the magic has faded

And our gazes are more jaded

Memories of those days remain untainted
