Those Feelings

I don't know why I feel this way Thinking of you night and day Anymore I wonder if you feel the same Most days you show me I'm to blame I wish I was perfect just for you Then maybe your love would be true I remember telling you about my heart beating fast I really did hope that feeling would last It seems to have stopped a shock to me Maybe it's something I just don't see Because as you ignore my messages and calls My heart skips a beat as these tears fall I'm sorry I'm not the man for you Really all I wanted was to talk to you But I give up on this heart that causes me pain Its like walking on fire and nothing to gain Remember my heart did once beat so fast Only because I thought those feelings would last...
