Thoughts

If my thoughts were objects, they would be the speckles on a quail’s egg, or the marks on a slab of granite. They are scattered and tattered and too many to count. My thoughts are also the blue in the sea, and the darkness of the shadows. But, if you put those traits together, my thoughts look like the stars in space, with its depths of mysterious wonder. So although I may struggle against certain thoughts Some of them are quite beautiful.
