Thoughts

Confusion swirls within a globe of glass
The Earth or human mind, perhaps
Whither whilst we wait on times long gone
Ages flow over us like a lovebird's song.
Further and further we drift away
From thought into reality.
But if reality is what is real,
How is that supposed to make us feel?
