Thoughts
I can't escape my thoughts
As they spiral around
Deeper
And darker
Each more disturbing
My stomach churns
And my head is pounding
Cold sweat runs in rivlets
Down my back
My hands shake
Please don't leave me alone
Right now
I don't trust myself
To still be here
When you return
I can't escape the panic
On my own
I want to be with you
But the pain of living
Is getting too much
