Thoughts

Stuck in my thoughts, with not a thing to do;

Used to fear the recesses of my mind,

Until the realization there’re so few

Places which would, to me, be quite so kind.

Stuck in the clouds, as all the sayings go,

Dream of all – not even logic can bound

The travels of the heart and love can grow.

I do doubt a secret may not be found.

Stuck in my imagination, truly,

Why would one ever want to wake from this?

Understood, there has to be some, surely;

But I hope I will never leave such bliss.

Stuck in my thoughts, with not a single care,

Can this be real, how could that not be fair?
