Thoughts of the Bullied

Did I do something wrong? Am I just a failure? I don’t see what I have done to deserve this, Everyone seems to hate me. All I am is nice, Or at least I try to be. Am I fat? Am I ugly? Harsh words and ridicule hardly seem justifiable, Not to me, not to anyone. Could it be that I am not good enough to be here? I know that I am not like everyone else. I know that I never will be. Maybe that means I should just go away. It’s not like anyone would even notice. Can I actually disappear? Maybe I should just take the blows, Or drop out of school. No, it will never stop. I have to end it all, Right here, right now.
