Thoughts of A Lost Christian

Wake up, eat, work, sleep.

Wake up, eat, work, sleep.

My daily routine.

Thank you God for this new promotion!

I promise to go to church, and pay my tithes!

Wake up, eat, work, sleep.

Wake up, eat, work, sleep.

Do I have time to go to church today?

Do I really feel like going to church today? Nah, I’ll go next Sunday.

Do I have time to read my Bible? Nah, I’ll read it tomorrow.

Ooo, party! But it’s during church, I’ll just not go to church this Sunday, but the next.

I need more money. God, I know I haven’t been to church, but you understand my situation? If you can give me a financial blessing, I promise to pay my tithes.

My friends are going to Mexico! And I have enough money! Sorry God, but I promise to pay my tithes next time. I promise!

That was so much fun!

What is this?

Demotion

I don’t like this.

Backstabbers.

Ow! God I really don’t like this,

Death.

God I really don’t like this,

Debt.

God, please help me get out of this!

Fired.

God, if you can hear me, please let me get through this!

Death.

God, I’m on my knees asking you to just please let me see the light of day.

It’s the next day. A new start. Thank you God.

Let me go to church.

I feel a little better on the inside.

God it’s getting better. It’s really getting better!

I read the Bible and pay my tithes and things are looking for the better!

Thank you Lord, for all that you’ve done!

God I don’t think I could’ve made it without you.

Thank you for everything!

But God why did you let me go through this pain?

This pain that no one could ever understand?

You wanted me to know that you have me?

No matter the circumstance, you always have my back?

You wouldn’t have let me fall?

No matter how horrible the situation maybe you wouldn’t me give up?

God these tests are they always going to come?

Would I have to go through this pain again?

Again?!

But God, I don’t want to suffer no more!

This is only for the better?

Okay LORD, I’ll trust you and follow you.
