Thoughts of a racing mind

As I lay awake at midnight In the dark and there is no light I am left with all these questions All my thoughts and my suggestions Thoughts are racing, neurons firing All these questions, they get tiring Flooding, floating, overflowing I can't take it, Is it showing? I lose focus, I can't sleep now I would make it stop now but how?
