Thoughts of Roses

Say my name like it’s never been done before Behind closed eyes I see a reason to open up the door Wait for me to tell you when the day has come For us to live with harmony, cause the perfect bell has rung You say you are just insecure But I tell you to open up just a little more The emotions that you’re feeling Need to shower like a beautied pour Just wake up, and stand tall Because you know that I’m thinking about you And you know that I’ll never doubt you Just keep strong and separate right from wrong Because you know I can’t live without you And realize you’re the one I’m after Speak to me like this is your last chance Like your body isn’t in control, and you have no true romance Close your eyes, and let the flowers float on through, Cause whenever I see a rose You know that I am dreaming of you Just wake up, and stand tall Because you know that I’m thinking about you And you know that I’ll never doubt you Just keep strong and separate right from wrong Because you know I can’t live without you And realize you’re the one I’m after I can see the thoughts of roses Especially when you’re shining And when you’re all alone I can see the thoughts of roses And sense the lovelust blinding You can call me home ~Cause you’re my thoughts of a rose~
