A thousand roses

I never like flower unless they came from you,

and  they always came in the form of  beautiful vibrant red roses.

I layd them by my bedside were they moked me,and remined me how they got there.

a rose for every bruise, broken bone and love less tear I forgave

a rose for every time I said i fell

a rose for every time I lied to someone who was going to save me from another rose

a dozen roses for every time I tried to save my self

a rose ever time you didnt believe it was yours and took a child from my barren arms

a rose every time you picked up a bottle and didn't stop drank till it was empty and I had to hide   in my own home from a man who said he loved me

I never liked flower unless they came from you,

and they always came in the form of beautiful vibrant red roses

lay those roses across my casket and I would have a thousand rose.
