A thousand words

A thousand words can mean a thousand things

A thousand thought can make a human being

A thousand words locked in my head

A thousand drops of blood down my hand

A thousand people in a room

A thousand things to fight

A thousand battles every night

Im drowning in this silence between to broke hearts

A thousand words never said

Is killing a little girl

While she’s laying in bed

Tears down here face

Momma gone

Daddy walked out before she was born

A thousand things can never make up for her pain

This teenager has barely lived til today

Because she’s bottled away

And pushed away

And she’s talking to you today

And here is what she has got to say::

Thanks father, for being the father I never once knew
