Three Witches at Night

The very first time I made a rhyme it was to cast a spell. To heal the hurt uncross the cursed and protect the ones I loved. I remember that night glamoured by mystic light we chanted in thrice the words from our Grimoire... Smoke and Fire Smoke and Fire Bring to me my heart's desire Smoke and Flame Smoke and Flame Protect all things wild and untamed. We praised and sang of golden things and left our sacred circle As the fire burned I surely learned the power of rhyme and spoken word.

I and my sister were raised to be sympathetic or grey witches by our mother. A major part of spell casting is rhythm, rhyme, and use and direction of language. I learned to love poetry from a very unique medium.
