Through The Looking Glass
I look into the mirror and see more than a reflection.
I look into my past and see more than just a child.
I look into the soul of a boy whos hopes once were.
I look into my eyes and see a puddle of demise.
I look into the barrel of an unloaded .45.
I look into my heart where dreams and the dead lie.
I look into the stained glass mirror and see colors covering a false truth.
I look into the light and see a blinding truth.
I look into myself where life and dreams flow.
I look into the chamber of a loaded .45.
I look into my eyes and see a courageous being.
I look into the soul of a hopeful young man.
I look into my past and see more than just a boy.
I look into the mirror and see one who has conquered dread.
I look at you the reader, and wonder who is dead.
