Through My Crystal Ball

In 10 years, I contemplate

The woman I yearn to be

Will be raising the ante

Challenging every finish line

Seeing the world as mine

In 5 years, I anticipate

To begin paying the fee

That made possible to wake with glee

To stare at a beautiful skyline

And to release all ideas from confine

In 1 year, I await

The caress of free

Finally able to be me

Following my own guideline

Unable to dull my shine
