Through Their Eyes

If I could change just one thing

It would be the way we see other human beings

Being judgmental is never justifed

You have to take a step back and look at life through their eyes

You never know how bad life can be

For all the different people you see

If  only you knew what they were thinking

You could separate your lies from their reality

What gives you the right to tell people who they are

You don't know them

The story behind every scar

Or even how they got the way they are

It's not right to judge because of one's actions

Because of human nature there's always a negative reaction

People lack understanding and jump to conclusions

Never knowing fully why they do this

You could call me a hypocrite

And you would not be wrong

But I know if I could change just one thing

It would be the way we see other human beings
