Through Thick and Thin

shes my best friend
i hold her hand when she cries
hold her hair when she vomits
rub her back when she needs me
hug her when she breaks down
and helps her smile
i dont know how to deal with emotions
nor do i know how to be a friend
but i know when she needs me
so i try my best
so i guess thats my way
of saying im there for her
i love her
my best friend
forever sisters
till the end
promises are made
deals are broken
words are yelled
and screamed
and token
but in the end
i know all she needs
is a hug
and this is my hug
for my best friend

“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?” - Mad Hatter
