Through Thick and Thin

Hanes Grafe

In grim and grain

We will push through pain

Because I love you.

Your joys and dreams will not be forgotten

Will always wonder even when I’m rotten

Because I love you.

We fight and we fight and your wrong and I’m right

Such self-centeredness will be corrected with much insight

Because I love you.

Like the sunrise; new

Like the stars; new

I’ll love you

Because I do love you.
