Through The Years

My dear Matthew,

It has been what seems like forever

with that said I know, however;

it has been only a moment

we have always been so present

that it is hard to beleive years have passed

in our lives the moment is now

it is all we truly ever have

what is past and what is future

without you it does not matter

every minute I have with you

I know my life is well and true

if we are in the past undue

what are we there if not in the now too

are we in the future dwellings

on what could be one day befellings

the course of life isn't one worth knowing

we follow like a river flowing

happiness is with you now

is is not funny how

throughout the time we have created

we have seen all three formations

yet even still we know it is true

we only have right now to do

please continue to strengthen my side

in the moment of now for a while

Heather
