Thundering Cloud

Listen for the rumble

hear it roar

Retribution’s coming

from distant fjords

Your lack of judgment

and crass disdain

Will mark the sentence

its will proclaims

Feel the vibration

wake the hopeless

From their sleep

impassioned dreams

From the forest

to the ocean

Nature’s rage

— its verdict screams
