Thus I Write
And so I put my strength into my pen;
I'll pur my thoughts and feelings on a page
and transform them to rythms all can understand.
So finally I can free my heart from my mortal cage.
Emotions need not be described,
For mere words will never justice do
to a language univerally transcribed
in humanity's thoughts and deepest thoughts too.
Will I live on? Only time will tell.
Dickinson, Frost and Edgar Allan Poe
will all agree that only after death will value sell.
But for myself and no one else do my poems sow.
For when I'm gone, this poetry
will forever be my legacy.
