Tic-Tic-Tic


I hear the living wires go

tic tic tic

and the sparks that follow answer with a

click click click

and somewhere there's a gear that

grinds-grinds

and a ever-springing coil to

unwind-wind

and the steam - oh the steam that powers this great machiene

Greater than those none hath ever seen

The story of my life can be told in states- California, Maryland, Washington, Maryland again, Florida, and finally Kansas. I am the first born daughter of a navy engineering test-pilot, who is now retired and working for... a civilian company that of course, is an aviation company.
