What Makes Me Mad

Want to know what makes me mad?

It won't take long, it's my dad.

Stomping around the house,

Even yelling at my mother, his spouse.

Who does he think he is,

With that "I'm in charge" look of his?

If he only knew I think to myself.

If he keeps this up, soon he will be by himself.

I used to sit in his lap, and smile at him,

Now, he's just grim.

There will be no more "Daddy! Daddy!"

Because me and my mom have packed our things, and are moving to Cinncinnati.

Farewell, father of mine,

For without you, I'll be just fine.
