Tides
The tides have turned from being to end
but from there to now I’m glad to be friends
the shooting stars under the light,
the passing cars moving in the night
Dont fright
be there I will,
no matter the scare, just know I’m here
if you don’t believe these words
look up to the sky
you see the sun up in the clouds
not coming down
You’ll know one day those clouds will float away
bringing us together, and float us away before things turn to gray
One day you’re gonna wish you stayed.
