A tie between only you and Him A tie that can be thick or thin It can be short, long, or longer But only YOU can make it stronger A tie that is unconditional A tie that is unbelievable One that can reach higher and higher One that is your greatest desire A tie that needs your heart, mind, and soul A tie that is in your control This tie can never be broken Unless you decide to no longer be His token A tie of faith, hope, and love A tie from far up above To others it is unknown The duty to spread His word is our own A tie that is so forgiving A tie that is the key to living This tie will never lead me wrong As long as I feel that I belong A tie through which I will praise A tie that continues to amaze Him, I will forever exalt For His love for me will never halt A tie that is my main goal A tie that makes me whole Everyday it gives me hope Through my struggles it helps me cope A tie that is so holy A tie that shows His glory He is the way, the truth, and the life He will never fail or cause strife A tie that I will always worship A tie that can face many hardships I have to be strong and keep in mind That heaven with Him is the ultimate prize A tie that has saved me A tie that has claimed me A tie that will not leave me A tie that is me
