Tim E.

never there enough

when I needed you the most,

kept me rushing and running late.

you were gone and

when i found you,

you were wasted.

had me waiting anxiously for

seconds and

minutes and

hours and

days and

weeks and

months and

years...

tick.

i'm ticked with you-

and tired of seeing your face

every time i pass you by.

the numbers keep me guessing

and hoping

and waiting

but just like that

you escape.

we can't keep this up

i have my whole life to live

and you're hardly reliable

it's time for me to take control

to learn how to balance my life

if you want to stay in it

don't waste another minute

all you're good for is changing

and leaving me hanging
