Time

Seconds feel like minutes
Minutes feel like hours
Hours feel like days
Days feel like weeks
Weeks feel like months
Months feel like years
Life moves by so slow, yet so fast?
Time is a well know enemy
Time is not my friend

Your poem reminded me of "Four Quartets" by T.S. Eliot (and the famous passages on time). I think St. Augustine's reflection of the movement of time is also remarkable, does the past or future really exist? What then is the present? Keep on experimenting with poetic techniques and keep on wriitng. Q.V.
