Time

Swiftly, swiftly, it passes with ease.

Slowly, slowly it crawls, when desperate, on your knees.

With each click it goes, in a circular motion.

Unstoppable, like the waves in the ocean.

It kills kings and flattens mountains.

Spoils food and closes fountains.

The nemesis of all,

For to it, must we fall.

So before we are buried beneath the dirt and grime,

We must always bow to Father Time.
