Time

I'll be okay if I never leave this bed,
Search for your answers in the words I never said,
Look into my tears for the reasons I faded away,
Forget a little more day by day,
Breathe in the smoke you wish you could quit,
Use it to fix your problems just for a bit,
Listen to your heart but swing it by your brain,
Over time foolishness leads to a heart scarred and stained,
Time moves slow until you want something to last,
Trust no man for in the end he will be a wound from your past,
Don't worry about me in this state,
By this time I'm in pieces and its far too late.
