Time

We discovered it long ago

And how each second comes and goes

Or how the hours can fly by

So be sure to savor every minute

Because you'll never again get it

It is a force that cannot be fully explained

But we have learned to calculate it on a numbered face

A little hand moves around the end

Forever it shall spin

We call it Time, a force of the universe

It cannot be created nor dispersed

It exists, it does not stop

forever told on our clock

We never really noticed its importance

But it is a tool of balance

So the next time we wait for something to end

Just remember the order Time gives.
