Time
Hands upon a clock
The final hour strikes
Judgement beholds us all
Our own guilt
A life wasted away
A gift granted and returned
Never making impressions
Lost in our own identity
Masked by pure reality
We beg for more
Or some for less
Some dictating time for themselves
The end grows closer
All we feared draws near
Time was but a whisper.
