At That Time
At that time,
You didn’t need
To worry about your race
At that time,
You could go anywhere
Not caring about whispers
At that time,
You could do anything
Without judgement
At that time,
Colors were mixed
With no discrimination
At that time,
You could go with your
Typical thing without stereotypes
At that time,
Everything was peaceful
And no violence
At that that time,
You could be whatever you wanted to be
Not caring about the stares
At that time,
You could walk freely
Without people saying something
A time where
We didn’t have anxiety
On how we go about our days,
Where we weren’t afraid to be yourself
Being proud of what you are
A wonderful time it was.
