Time

Time is counting down

Faster and faster by the choices you’ve made.

Time is coming for you

The sleeping giant wakes.

Time is greedy for every second you take.

For all the minutes you waste.

Time is a monster.

Flying by when you need to slow down

Time is heartless

Not very fastidious in who it takes and cuts their lives off.

Time is alive

Counting down, always counting down from birth to death.

Time has no friends,

It is the enemy of love, of hope, of man.

Time is running against us

Running for the win.

Time is also lonely,

But too proud to take a friend.

Time can take our memories,

Can take what’s best of us.

Time does not care.

Time is it’s own being.
